Hi,
I'm 33, 168cm, 160lbs 15%bf and have been lifting for 4 years. I eat clean (I think maybe not enough after reading the nutrition forum) and make sure i get my cardio in.
My bp before workout was 131/67 and after workout was 136/68 (not sure if that helps in anyway)
My first cycle was
Week 1 - 12: Test Prop 150mg / week.
Week 6-12: Primobolan 400mg / week.
PCT: HGC & Novaldex.
I got some pretty nice results from the above cycle - gained 12lbs of quality lbm and kept almost all of it.
I know that the amount of Test was low, but I felt no signs of gyno and feel that my body reacted well.
For my next cycle I'm planning to bulk:
Week 1-10:
Test Cyp 500mg / week
Deca 400mg / week
Anapoloon 50mg / day
Nolvadex
Anastrol
HCG
I would like to know the following:
1. How much Anastrol should I take as a preventative against gyno?
2. I have read that letrozol is the best for preventing gyno. Is Anastrol an acceptable alternative?
3. Should I also run Nolvadex during this cycle or wait for PCT?
4. I'm not 100% sure about taking Anapoloon as I have read it is harsh on the liver. What do you think about this cycle without it?
5. I'm open to suggestions and everyone's opinions - if I'm doing something silly, please let me know!!
