Need more pics for a better guess. BF is more than just cheat and stomach. Back and legs!
About 18% bro
Never too early, lol. . . . Jk
It doesn't seem like you are serious into lifting and started not too long ago. Straight up, it's up to you. I started about where you are now and got huge and now I am trimming off the fat I gained.
It all depends on how you want to do it. It can also be a waste of time and effort if you just stop a little after cycle and say fvck it.
All up to you, physically I think you will be aight. But, you(me too) can do way better naturally before you jump on a cycle.
For me it was that kick I needed. It blew me up and bumped my strength hard. I feel like it got me damn close to my natural potential in less than a half of year. Could I have done it on my own? Sure, but hey we got drugs![]()
17% approximately.
If you are going to cycle I would wait a little bit and harden up some.
Unless you are already dieting and working out intensely (to achieve the shape you are in) then you can make major changes quickly, by incorporating diet and fasted cardio into your routine...IE This does not have to be a couple of year long drawn out process. I assume you do not eat religiously and also assume you would want to maximize your gains? If so post your diet ( in the nutrition forum) then listen to advice from Gbice and the like and make adjustments as needed (Also add a daily Multi and a B-complex if you do not take already). Find out your TDEE and then eat 500 under maintenance. As to workouts do fasted cardio at least 3 times a week for at least a half an hour, on top of your regular gym routine. By doing this you should be able to drop your bodyfat a solid percent in a couple of months no problem, this will leave your body starving for gains. Then when you start the cycle and up your calories to 500 over maintenance (maintaining an absolutely clean diet of course) your body will respond in by increasing lean mass instead of bloating.
By the way I think you are around 18% or so but your fat looks fairly well spread and you are young so it should come off quickly if you give it a good reason to. Also if and when you do cycle make sure you have a LEGIT AI on hand before you start your cycle, AR-R sells AI's that although they may be more expensive than some, particularly UGL AI's they are good to go so even if you have some AI's on hand unless they are pharma I would go ahead and order from AR-R just to make sure...the 50 bucks is a drop in the bucket compared to taking a chance on gyno surgery.
Just my opinion, best wishes regardless of the approach you choose.

Ya 18% about. Hit the nutrition section. Food and a better work out will give you more muscle
I honestly thought my diet was almost perfect, I just came of a cutting diet
meal 1: 6 egg whites with steamed veggies and toast
meal 2: tuna, nuts, protein shake
meal 3: lean meat (fish, chicken, steak) with either sweet potatoes or brown rice and steamed veggies
meal 4: carrot sticks or cucumber with a fat free dip
meal 5: lean meat, steamed veggies (but no carbs)
meal 6: fat free cottage cheese with flax seed oil and some nuts.
that was my cutting diet from what I worked out I think it was around 1600 calories per day I lost 12kg and about 10%bf on that diet in 3 months. I have now started my clean bulking diet I'm pretty much following the same above diet but I'm including more carbs like sweet potatoes, brown rice, oats etc. I have also upsized my meal portions to almost double the size of what they where. I think Im at around 3500 calories a day now, I make sure I eat 3 serves of veggies a day and 2 serves of fruit and plenty of lean meat and complex carbs. I have trained for 6 years on and off but I have started training seriously in the last 6 months, at least 5 days a week in the gym sometimes 6, I have not missed a day evan when I was sick I still went in. Its become a habit for me and I look forward to it everyday.
