    Amateur to the Max.

    Hello, I'm very new to the world of fitness and body building. I have been training steadily for about 2 months now and have seen significant fat loss and some lean muscle gains. Looking for good tips on gaining nice symmetrical lean mass and just any wisdom I can absorb.
