Hey guys i hurt my rotator cuff last week. The doctor says its probably not a tear but my shoulder hurts like hell when i internally and externally rotate it along with raising my arm above my head. Ive been staying away from all upper body motions at the gym and have been sticking to lower body machines. Any advice? Im getting an MRI soon, but its starting to worry me because i know how serious these injuries are, and how important the shoulder is to alot of upper body movements.
