    diet question.

    Hey guys i started 7 months ago weighing 283 now im at 232 but i have been there for a few months now and still sticking with 2200 cal diet and i workout 5 days a were with weights and cardio 7 days a week. I would like to get to 215. But i also want to continue building muscle and strength. What should i do.

    Post this in the nutrition section along with your TDEE and macros and you will get some good responses. I know I did. Well done so far. I got a lot of help there.
