Hi guys has any 1 tried matrix mass i red loads of good reviews online about it been onit just over a month now an i dont feel like i have put any size on Compared to my normal weight gain

overpriced bullshit is what i think itis. supposed to be a complete workouut food, right?
with protein/carbs and fat all rolled into one. moral of the story is don't believe everything you read in those glossy ads you see in the muscle mags
