I'm temporarily changing my avatar to reflect the mood of the week. Since I've started back lifting, from being out of the game for various reasons I forgot about the extreme flatulation that comes with a steady diet of high caloric and protein intake from various sources. As one forum member put it, if you want the gains you have to eat,eat,eat." With that comes the necessary, and inevitable shit,shit,shit ! I would say "Oh yes, there will be gas." One thing is for sure. Constipation isn't an option because I'm praying more often nowadays to that commode.
