blast and cruise. how much blast for a safe long life cruise anybody?
blast and cruise. how much blast for a safe long life cruise anybody?
Im sort of wondering this too. Never really knew much about it and am curious. Also how does blast and cruise differ from coming off cycle, doing pct and starting back on another cycle? Isnt that the same thing sort of?
cruising means running a trt dose. The blast is running cycle strength and aftre the cycle dropping back to trt dose.
Ok so whats the timeline of blast vs cruise? Say you blast 12wks; do you cruise 12? And how would this differ from doing a cycle, pct and right back on.cycle?

good question?
Im no expert but I've blasted on 600mg test and 400mg deca for 12 weeks twice in the last year. In between I just went to my TRT (300mg) test and went about 3 months and got blood work to make sure things were good. I'm waiting for some EQ and Anavar to try on my next blast.
Bump
You can Blast for 8 to 12 weeks cruise for 2 then Blast again.Ronnie Roland is got a good section on this check it out.
Thank you kind sirOriginally Posted by songdog

should the cruise be doctor prescribed? or just use a ugl product at trt dosage and do regular blood work.
also. is there any comparison of blast and cruise vs. 2 on 4 that bill roberts promotes.
cheers
A bit of a vague question. But, how safe is this?
awesome thx.
Im running a blast and cruise right now, 20 weeks all together split in to two blast phases and two cruise phases, blasts are 8 weeks cruises are 2 weeks here.
Then i will have 2 months of then back on, but im looking to compete in 2013
All depends what your goals are i guess, HCG is implemented at various intervals throughout blast cruise cycles thats a must for me
each person is different , one guy wont have any life threatening sides and everyone else will. Never come off. thats the idea.
seems to be alot of info on things like donate blood as often as you can, always run hcg and a ai, try to keep it to test only and enjoy life, happy and jacked.
You plan on recovering your natural test levels after this? The thing with blast and cruising is in most cases it's a life time thing. Hrt therapy should be prescribed by a doctor and you should have blood work done every so often. Some people may be able to recover from a 6 month blast and cruise but I doubt your test levels will ever be the same.
I asked this question on the HRT thread. I am in this boat as well. I am on test and plan to Blast for 10 weeks then I will cruise! I have frequent blood tests. I will be interesting to see the outcome
Johnyv what are you planning to add to your blast?
Im not going to blast, Im just thinking of uping my cruise from 140 mg to say 300 to 400 . Does anybody run 300 to 400 year round?
Thanks guys for your input I apprciate it. i knew a guy who made it to the pro level and get this , he did 3,000 mg a week for 3 years and is fine. Now he keeps his dose around 250 mg a week. Ive always been the way of better safe then sorry, but im just wondering if there are more secrets to our game then whats already known?
the idea is while your young to keep your natural test level's operating incase you decide to go off. Blasting and cruising - we don't know how that effect's the HPTA. I would assume it's different for each individual. But keeping blasting to a minimum, running HCG throught blast and cruise if you decide to do that and also use only test would be your best bet. You change as you grow older and being married to a needle for life is something to ponder/try to avoid.
was talking to bill roberts he says untill there is actual data that gives blast and cruise merit, u should stick to short cycles and recover LH quickly then rinse and repeat.
Thanks again like i said i do appreciate it.
Any good articles to read on this? I've always wondered what it would be like to be on for life
look at Sylvester Stallone if you wanna see someone who has been on gear for life.
there is no studys and controled data runs. SO there is no article or cookie cutter template to stay on gear. The way to do this and the only way is to get blood tests and see where your epi and LH and blood lipids are sitting.
Longer you're on more you become physiologically dependent on them and the need to look big and buff. If you are already one of those guys who looks in every mirror or car window you walk by... yeah ur screwed.
do 8 week cycles with pct and bridge on yoru time off with letro that will bump your test levels close to 900ng with out suppression. then 16 weeks later time to do another 8 week cycle with pct or 20 week sling shot followed by pct and letro bridging.
This is what ive learned this week, after talking to a dr, and googling the shit out of teh topic.
thanks for input.
I do not care about looking big its just that i feel like shit on anything less and the ups and downs of cycleing i will not do. cycleing feels like you are alive part of the time and in hell the ather part.
I think you have a good idea about just getting regular blood word and blood donation and I will go from there. thx.
