Alot of people dont know how to lift weights, or have teh money to run proper cycles. If you are an advance gear user, u will have better gains with running 2 on 4 off cycles or 2 on 2 off, blasting A HUGE amount of gear in that 2 weeks and have better gains and keep able gains with little to no sides
