    Is there anthing I can do about this?!?!

    I am on tren a with test prop but it's really messing with my sleep is there anything I can do to help me sleep??

    walmart sells an otc "sleep aid" (what it is called) that works quite well
    or there is melatonin you can try.

    Also 5-htp helps me sleep and is great for mood enhan***ent and is also otc.
