    test E + tren E cycle lookin for tips and advice!!

    hello everyone Im currently on my 10th day in to my pre summer cycle and just lookin for some advice tips suggestions on the cycle anyways heres my cycle plan

    week 1-12 / 500mgs test E ew
    week 1-12 / 300mgs tren E ew
    week 3-12 / 1mg arimidex ed

    PCT
    nolvadex 20mgs ed 4/5 weeks aswell as magnum product "thrust" (test therapy, Anti aromatase, muscle builder)

    my stats currently are:

    22 years old male
    5'11, ~225/230lbs, roughly 24% bf

    The best advice you will ever hear is STOP what you are doing before you completely screw yourself up permanently. There are several things wrong with what you are doing.
    First of all your 22yrs old and already on your 3rd cycle. This has trouble written all over it.
    Your first 2 cycles must have been bulking. You shouldn't be cycling with a BF% that high. Bring about more possible issues.
    Your PCT is horrible. The nolvadex is dosed to low, there is no clomid and where is the HCG?? U r running tren...don't you like getting a hard on??
    Your running your tren to long. Stop it at least a couple of weeks before you stop the test.

    Im sure others will chime in but to me it looks like a train wreck waiting to happen.

    isnt clomid just a weaker form of nolvadex? also i ment 40mgs of nolva not 20mgs. also im not lookin to get slammed im lookin for suggestions or tweaks to m,y cycle because i am going to finish this cycle. my last cycle last summer was 500mgs test e/400mgs deca for 8 weeks and 500mgs test e/200mgs tren E for the last 4 weeks and nolvadex 40mgs for 4 weeks. i did not use hcg throoughout and had no problem with my erections.

    Something that sticks out is Arimidex is dosed WAY too high. You only need a quarter of that dose if even that. Try doing .5mg every other day or so. I personally recommend Aromasin for your future cycle though.

    HCG isn't necessary for most cycle but you might wanna use it for tren. Since you already ran Deca and Tren and recovered fine, you probably don't need it, but it can only help.

    You should stop your tren at least a week before you stop test. Let the tren clear your system before the test dose. Nolva is fine for PCT and in my opinion is much better than Clomid. Anybody who thinks that you somehow don't know what you're doing because you're not taking clomid is a complete moron, but the issue with steroid boards is that people learn stuff on here and repeat without ever thinking scientifically, so that's why you might be getting some comments like that.

    Good luck. Make sure Arimidex dose comes down and only up it if you really need to. Can you post your cycle history. I'm curious to know what your first cycle was and what age you did it.

    I would also advise you to stay at least 800 calories below your maintenance calories but most likely a little more. Shoot to loose a lot of fat. Tren will keep or maybe even help you add more muscle and will jack up strength while you cut. This is the best plan for you.

    my very first cycle i was 20 and I wasnt very knowledgable into steroids and I ran

    week 1-4 150mgs anadrol(never doin that again poor liver)
    week 1-10 500mgs test E/300mgs deca
    and I know dumbest thing ever the only pct i used was a natural test booster for a month. But I learned alot from my first cycle my diet was absolutely horrible im talkin like takeout/fast food everyday and I wasnt going to the gym nearly enough basically just got fatter. and also I was considering doing .5mgs arimi everyday do you really think I should lower it to eod? I havnt started it but I will be starting it in the next week or so.

    you dont need to run clomid 1 pct med like nolva will sufice i did it and personally rebound straight away that being said i had no sides from cycle and didnt experience the lack of libido/erections asociated wit pct that being said were all different and our bodies react differently just my 2 cents

    Yes diet is a hard thing for me my workouts are phenomenal 4/5 days a week but my diet is a little off not nearly as bad as before I rarely eat fast food but my portion size is usually big and where im stayin its hard sometimes to stay outta the pantry when they stuff it full of cookies of all kinds, chips, candy unhealthy shit. thank you for the suggestions I appreciate it.
