i have ana*** and test.. i need to know how much to take and do i stack the two and also what else to take during,before or after. please let me know what i need and what i need to do..

i have var and my goal is to cut up but gain a little in size as well. i just started training again after 2 yrs, im in my second week

Yes I'n about 6 months you have to go for a while man if it's been a long time since gym muscle has memory stick to gym and clean diet and your gonna get fast, great results and u want a foundation first you'll waiste your $ on running a cycle right now u will LOSE it all
