    b6 for gyno?

I've read that b6 may be a natural aid towards the prevention of gyno. Does anyone know the daily dosage of b6 in order for this to work, if in fact in does?

I've read in the range of 500-1000mg a day if you have gyno symptoms already, and from what I've read it only works for progesterone related gyno.

It really brings down Prolactin levels which many attribute to fina problems.

Gents, I did quite a bit of research on this and found that B6 (or Vitex is another possibility, found at GNC) is a very MILD and I stress MILD solution for gyno produced by either Fina/Deca.

It is NOT the solution though - and if you're experiencing gyno symptoms while running either one of these AS' then I'd strongly recommend you go with a PROVEN solution which is bromocriptine (not OTC).
