I ordered at 7mins after the hour and didn't get the 60% off. I did get a discount but not what I was supposed to. I tried to send them a email through the site but the service email on there site is not valid.

Yea looks like I got 40% off. How did this happen when 40% off didn't start till 20 min after the hour. Anyone else have this
