Hi guys and gals
I'm 34 years old and have been lifting for about eight years. Before that I was an avid runner and in the military .. I got into weight lifting and have not been doing steroids at all but recently became interesting in taking my game up.
I'm about 6'1 215 lbs 14-15% body fat. I'm currently doing creatine, super pump and have tried pro hormone but found I got minimal results.
I'm interested to tap into your knowledge base for safe experiences.
