    Newbie........lost and confused?????

    I have been training hard for the past few years. Although I have seen some gains,I have come to the realization that I will never acheive the body I want without "supplementing". I am 5'4" and weigh 118 lbs and still have some very stubborn body fat. My diet is on point, I weight train along with cardio 5-6 times weekly. My goal is to trim off the body fat and gain muscle mass. I have been doing a lot of research but am still very confused about proper stacking. I am about to start a cycle of anavar to cut and was wondering what would be a good choice to run with it. What would be the proper dosing and how long should I continue the cycle?????? I appreciate the input.

    I am guessing you are female? Welcome to the boards and you should jump over to the nutrition section and post up your diet there and they can help you with that. You probably are best off not using at all as a female and fat loss would be much easier and cheaper with a solid diet and training routine.

    Also i will assume your diet is not on point when you have stubborn fat! Proper cutting diet with cardio will get rid of that fat!!!

    You can't have a "spot on diet" or "diet is on point" and have fat you need to get rid of. No offense head to the nutrition section and post your diet and see where you have been missing.
