Wondering if I am doing enough work for optimal muscle growth? My diet is very good if not great so that is all good. I am on sus400 1.25ml a week split into two doses and anadrol 50 100mg a day. I also have all my PCT and AI in place.

I tore my rotator cuff when I was 18 so this are the exercise I can't/won't do because it causes to much pain in my day to day life after: dips, upright rows, Arnold presses. Also front raises cause a bit of discomfort but not enough to not do them. I have learned what pain leads to more pain later and which pains only effect me in the gym.

Squats 4x8-10
Leg press 3x10
Leg extension super set with standing calf raise 4x15 and 4x15
Lying ham curl 3x8 super set with seated calf raise 3x8
BB lunges 3x8-10
Chest
Bench 3x8-10
Incline DB 4x8-10
Machine flies 3x10
Back
Deadlifts 1x15 4x8-10
Bentover bb rows 3x8-10
I do these from the floor and fast and explosive
T-bar rows 3x10
Wide grip pull downs 3x8
DB rows (chainsaw) 3x10
Seated close grip rows 3x10
Shoulders
Military press 3x8-10
Lateral raises 3x10
Front raises 3x10 I like to stand with my back to the wall
Rear delt machine flies 3x10
Arms
DB curls 2x8
Tricep press down 3x10
Hammer curl 3x8
Rope press down 3x10
Skull crushers 3x10
Over the head rope presses 3x10 ss with reverse cable curl 3x10
I think I need to add more work to chest day. I go hard and my chest has seen good size and strength gains off it but I think I would like to add more.
