i just put on my digital scale, then lick the platter clean.
of course, you wipe the platter down after that. it's tasteless so I don't bother the hassle of putting in caps (yes, i have a capper), unless i'm going somewhere....

Yeah i said **** it and just weighed the dose. I hate capping. Such a p.i.t.a. Haha
Do you guys take your whole dose at once our you guys split it up through the day?
Was thinking of just putting my dose into a bottle of water n sip it all day

The only time i think splitting a dose is beneficial is when there is a negative consequence during the "crash" phase. An example of this is testosterone. Splitting a dose and managing the "crash" is beneficial because the trough in the blood serum is correlated to mood swings and sometimes depression. But this is not typical with powders, as far as i can tell. I think the anabolic effect is minimal when comparing splitting a dose vs. not splitting a dose.
