I wasn't sure which part of the forum would be best to ask this question. I will give it a try here.
I've just bought some bodyfat calipers. The instructions that came with it tell you to take one reading from a measurement from just above your right hip bone. This gives me a reading of 11.75% which has left me confused as the machine at my gym gives me a reading of 14%
My question- is this an accurate method to read your bodyfat or is there a more effective method for using bodyfat calipers?
