No you will not die. Yolks get a bad rap I think.
I drink a dozen a day. My doctor said my cholesterol is in good shape. Of course I'm at the gym 5-6 days a week.
Yes. 3 at a time, 4x a day.
I eat nearly a dozen a day...no worries.
Odds are like 1 out of 26,000 eggs are infected. I'm not concerned.

This debate regarding the cholesterol is brought up a lot. have several relatives that still swear they can't eat the yolks, it drives me crazy. Actually just made one of them delete a facebook post because they couldn't handle my criticism over a certain topic. Oh well, some people just can't handle criticism, and I get a lot of it with inlaws, it's bad.
Anyways, thought I'd share I haven't had any egg in a couple months, thought I would miss it as I used to eat it every day, but honestly I don't miss it at all. I know unrelated, but I'm all about saying crap when I shouldn't tonight, wife's mad at me too, I probably should shut up and get off the computer.
OP, 8 full eggs a day for the past 12 or so years, my cholesterol is bang on perfect...............
I take down one full carton from Sam's every day and about 2-4 whole eggs.
I been on this diet for almost a year. My blood work is coming next week so I will see how my cholesterol really is. My BP is back to normal since I lost 35+ pounds (77/130 <just a tad high)
The liquid egg whites are pasteurized, the whole eggs I cook for the most part. Soft boiled or whatever I else I think of, just no scrambled.
I use the liquid egg whites with everything in shakes from chicken to whey and Greek yogurt. Find a better thing to mix your shakes with, cheap and a ton of protein.
Past 15 years i probably average 6 eggs a day. No problems yet. Lots of nutrients in those yolks.
Used to eat 10+ eggs a day. And now im dead.
Last 4 weeks 20 egg whites a day.
Have to drink them. Can't sit and eat that much
But being raw i guess its more like 10 a day?
