mine are average since i don't work them specifically. but wait until IronBeck sees this thread. im sure he'll respond, he has enormous forearms. he's been blessed genetically.
None. Everything else I do works the forearm. Curls are fun once in while. But I dont do it religiously.

Most ppl say you don't need to work out the forearms separately cause they get worked with everything else. I however strive for massive forearms so generally twice a month at least I will spend 15 mins working them. I usually superset with three different lifts. For example, reverse curls or hammers, wrist curls, reverse wrist curls.
Man when your wearing a shirt and jeans the thing everyday ppl are gonna notice are those forearms. I dont want anyone to have any doubt that there is a beastly body behind the shirt. Although sometimes I will wear size medium and take out all the guessing.![]()

I like doing single arm reverse curls with the cables. I go at a few different angles with it, and also include some drop sets.

I worked them 10 years ago when I thought you needed to. Now it's just deadlifts pull ups and every other single exercise I do works them.
I purchased a set of the FatGripz, I used them once. They were a pain in the arse to move on drop sets etc. the didn't quite fit the bars or dumbells at both of the gyms I train at.Originally Posted by zreinke
