dodgy shoulder, creeks and cracks when I do shoulder press (painful)

Im 8 weeks into my first cycle, since I started my cycle my shoulder has started giving me hell whenever I do benchpress or shoulder press. Feels like my right shoulder joint is starting to give up on me, it creeks and it's painful, it goes away after a few sets when it get warmed up.
Does anyone have any good ideas that may help my problem?

    Thanks

I know exactly what you mean. Here is a link describing some rotator exercises that will help. I dont use the band anymore as i use 5lb plate and it works just fine. Give it a shot. I perform before every workout. When working delts and chest i will add an additional warm up set. Takes a while for my delts to get warm.

    Good Luck

Can't watch the vid on my phone, I will watch it tomoz when I can get my hands on a computer. Really is painful tho at the beginning of my workouts, im thinking maybe the steroids are drying my joints out lol or maybe it just a coincidence. I will give your warm ups a try.

    Thanks bud
