    PCT an Overkill

Ok guys i am starting week 3 of PCT and was told to drop the Nolva. I did 12 weeks test e and last 4 weeks halotestin. I used an AI and HCG the last 2 weeks of cycle. I am doing Clomid 100/100/50/50 and Nolva 40/40/20/20. Should i drop the Nolva or is this PCT an overkill!? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

That's what i thought, that it was better to be safe than sorry. Also should i throw in a Test Booster. If so what are some good ones available!? Thanks!

DAA is the best test booster imo.

Agree with Phased! Finish your PCT as planned, better to be safe than sorry.

DAA is horrible. Sorry to burst your bubble. I would rather load d3 and and zinc then something with aspartic acid in it.

Worked really well for me during my last PCT and of all the test boosters is the only one I found a study for that actually proves it works.

    Conclusion

Here we demonstrated that D-aspartic acid, which occurs as a physiological compound in the mammalian pituitary and testis, has a role in the regulation of the release and synthesis of LH and testosterone. In humans and rats, sodium D-Asp treatment enhances the release of LH and testosterone. The experiments that we carried out on rats have permitted us to understand that this amino acid regulates the synthesis of LH and testosterone in the pituitary and the testis respectively. This action is mediated in the pituitary by cGMP and in the testis by cAMP, which act as the second messengers in the signal transduction in the pituitary and testes respectively. The pituitary and testis possesses a D-Aspartate racemase, which provides the necessary production of D-Asp.

Check the LH measurements on humans again. Their results are not statistically significant, meaning the results are random for all they know. It doesn't show correlation.

"LH was still found at a 1.14-fold increased levels compared with the respect of basal level, but not statistically significant"

lol this too though "Out of 23 participants, 20 had increased testosterone. From a mean of 4.5 ± 0.6 ng/ml serum at zero time, it rose to 6.4 ± 0.8 ng/ml, a 42% increase (Table (Table1).1). Statistical analyses indicated a significant effect [ANOVA with repeated measures: treatment effect: F(1,82) = 7.724, p < 0.0082] and a significant interaction between treatment and days [F(2,82) = 32.599; P < 0.0001]. As with LH, so also with testosterone, the effect of D-aspartate was time dependent."

I have seen a lot of studies too which show it but DAA has been shown to release a lot of hormones. Amongst other Prolactin, I wouldn't recommend this compound for restoring natural testosterone during PCT.

The "lol mate are you being serious" comment was more to posting their conclusion rather than the results. The mechanism of action for DAA is unclear, wouldn't use it as it randomly spews certain hormones. The results from the study is rather weird though, why would it increase testosterone in 20 out of 23? Don't understand that..

Oh fair enough lol I dunno why only 20 out of 23 but it's a pretty high percentage and I've used DAA before and found it worked so i guess I'm in the 20

I'll stick with clomid and nolvadex
