Swollen injection site,Help.

I am on 5th week of test e 250 x2 a week left glute, right glute.When i asparated thier was blood,oh sorry 23 guage 1.5 inch so i pulled out and re-pinned ,next morning large swollen area like 1.5x2.5 at injection area,no pain just large lump any help out here?And i was at the end of vail so i had to open new vail to get the gear needed,same gear bought at same time.

lump was in first injection site or second? Also, did you change the needle?

Just kidding. Swelling could be hematoma from vessel you may have ruptured. Should reabsorb into surrounding tissue. Any blood on second aspiration? Swelling should reduce in 3-4 days.

Try sitting on a heating pad as well. I get lumps too and heat helps relieve the discomfort if there is any. Seems to make the knot go away too.

Same here. I usually do a hot shower and lightly massage it

the lump is so damn big i cant tell if it is 1st or 2nd pinn site.

No not on 2nd pinn seemed to be okay i did inject a lil more than 1cc more like 1.5cc and had to open new vail only could get .5cc out of 1st vail, so i had to open new vail.

No only when i go thru rubber top that is one needle then i use a new one,but when i drew blood and repinned it was same needle.

The guys are probably right, most likely a hematoma and will sort itself out. Just watch for a fever. If you get a fever go to the doc for antibiotics. Oh, if it comes to that, say you had a pimple or ingrown hair, no need to say you we're shooting gear. Again, don't freak out, it'll most likely sort itself out.

Take some tylenol which is an anti inflammatory also take a warm bath or have a hot compress to help reduce the swelling it will go away now if you notice that the area is getting warm or starting to secreet bodily fluids I would goto a doctor but other then that you are find simple aggravation of the pin area.

So the 1st pinn could have bled and causing the swollen lump,there is no pain only if i push on that area?

On the first pin, you nicked or sliced a blood source, which caused the blood to be aspirated, and a small bleed causing the lump(hematoma), which will be reabsorbed. The bigger the lump the longer it bled before coagulating and stopping.

Please Please Please never reuse a needle. You run a risk of infection.

Also,on 2nd pinn all seemed to go okay and needle was buried 1.5 deep,so that injection should be all good and not causing the lump/swollen,and more to my point is not missing a dose or having a delayed absorbation,like i need to pinn this again or it will be okay on test levels?

Thank you MuscleInk,the 2nd went fine no blood and all was good,just hoping i dont miss a dose or have a slow absorbing injection on 2nd,but you are proply right ,it was a bleeder even after i took it out,2nd pinn didnt bleed at all.I hit fn viens or whatever alot lately,i since this has happend i have been reading post to see if i could see what i had done,and i cant believe all the people saying they dont asparate,thats crazy not to.

at 10nispro huh even one that i just took out of my own glute and put right in a diff.spot a couple of seconds later,what can cause that if you would please tell me?
