730 am: 8 egg whites, 1/2 cup oatmeal ( 1x1000 vitamin c, 1x men multi vitamin)
930 am: 2 scoops whey protein
11:00 am: 7oz chicken breast, 1 cup brown rice, 1 1/2 cups green beans
2:00pm: 8oz turkey 99% fat free, 6 1/2 oz white rice
3:30 pm: pre workout 1 scoop rapid 5000 BCAA, 1 scoop mesomorph or ACG3
4:00-6pm: cardio 20 min then workout
6:00pm 2 scoops whey, 4oz pineapple
7:30pm 7oz cod, 2 cups spinach
9:00pm 2 scoops casein
totals:
protein: 314 g
carbs: 171g complex. CHO'S 225g total
fats 23.74g
Total Calories: 2241.6
1 gallon water per day
7oz salmon every 3 days
I am blood type A so i was told should avoid red meat and low dairy intake.
Goal is 8-10% body fat I am around 16 currently.
