I'm planning on doing some r&r from injuries with some very light workouts and all i've read about var says it's very good at helping to preserve muscle and helps manage fat with a decent diet of course. I'm only planning to start out at 20 mg's... I know I know 20 isn't enough. However, i'm not a big guy, i'm not planning on staying on it for to long, and i'm not going to run any test because frankly, I can't afford it, and I don't want to get into all of that. If it helps to give me a strength increase and helps with fat a little, that's all i'm looking for.
My question is this... what brands of var are considered better?, or are all of them considered equal? A bit of input?
