    Cool looking to change things up cuz ive hit my plateau

    Hi im new to the site. im a 30 yr old female. 5'1 and 129lbs. When i began my lifestyle change when i hit 150lbs, and 48% bf, i ate horrible fast food all the time and worked the night shift at a hospital which only made it worse with the fast food. I cleaned up my diet and began weight lifting and doing boxing, jump rope and short distance sprints for cardio about 2 years ago. Since then ive dropped 20 lbs of fat and gained a significant amount of muscle. I eat clean 5 days a week and give myself two cheat meals on the wkends. The problem is ive hit my plateau, i can't go under 130lbs, the actual weight isnt my concern really, but its more a problem because i want to gain more muscle in my legs.Ive tried carb cycling, and switching up my routine but results. Based on my measurements i am 29 % body fat, my goal is 22%. Im seriously considering taking a cycle of deca durabolin. Any suggestions?/ comments. At my peak i was losing 1lb of fat per wk, and gaining muscle. I would love to get back to that point.

    hi welcome.... post this in the Q&A section, i'm sure many experienced ladies will chime in. Men too. IMHO deca is pretty serious stuff for ladies, maybe you'd want to try something less drastic like var? Also, AAS alone will not help you lose weight/bf; proper dieting will. The Nutrition section will help you on this one.

    Hey, welcome!! What is your routine now? what is your training like? If you post that up we may be able to make suggestions that are just simple changes.

    With that said, why deca??? Deca has a longer ester which means a greater chance of sides. There are better options.

    You have done a great job in coming this far, you may just to try a different program and to tweak your diet a little.

    I can tell you right now you're diet is off. Come over to the Q&A, or the Nutrition Section and we'll get you dialed in.

    As far as muscles in your legs, ah, that's kinda dependant on a few other things.

    I have to agree with st Pete. Diet diet diet is key along with training. Jump over to the nutritional forum and there's a bunch of great members who can help you. Plz create a thread with your stats and goals and post up a sample day with macros.
