Hey everybody! I've been browsing around here from time to time, and decided I should sign up! I'm 46, 5'10" in height, weight 190 lbs., with BF around 17%, and live in the US. I have been weight training for many years, but I would really like to step up my dedication and effort now, increase my knowledge, and set some realistic goals for myself. I know my diet is one thing that needs a lot of work, and I need to work on exercise form and training techniques as well. I'll be putting up questions about all that in those sections.
I have never done AAS, and I know I am very far from being ready to begin any cycle activity. But there is plenty of info on those things to delve into here. It's a very interesting subject to me.
I recently started listening to motivational speakers like Earl Nightingale, Tony Robbins, Brian Tracy, and others. This seems to be really helping me identify some wrong thinking patterns I have which have been causing me problems.
