Hi all am new to this site.
Just wanted some advice i have been reaing about roids for a few years now and not spoken to anyone about it yet.
I am 28yrs old i have been hitting the gym for about 10yrs now. i was skinny at first and then over the years went upto 96kg and then droped to 76kg from dieting , now i wigh 84kg thats 12st. I push wights about 4-5 times a week.I play football once a week.( thats soccer to amarican friends) i laso do Wing chung twice a week.
Now am a full on my diet is i geuss on point with 3 protien shakes a day , porridge for breakfast, chicken breast for lunch/fish ,enough fruit and veg ect.
i think i have trained long enough and have a solid platform to take it to the next step as i feel as if thow i have hit a brick wall. i push and bench press more then alot of the bigger guys in the gym i can bench press about 110kg and squat about 160kg on a good day.
i have taken any roids the most i have done is craetine and L-glutamine and vitamins ect.
can someone please help me to start a mild but effective course for a bigginer.Please note i dont understand most of the code words lol so please be patient .Am looking to build solid muscles and gain size as i cannot move on from being 12st thats 83kg i lift heavy i train hard and i eat well and i been training for 10yrs .
