    Bulking diet

Hi everyone I'm new to the scene and have just finished creating my bulking diet I'm going to start in the new year. My stats are 178cm 78-80kg put on muscle quite easily due to my genetics and have been training since I was 16 about 4 years. Since I have started training I have never really dieted properly and I personally believe this has stopped me from reaching my full potential, I have finally realized how important diet actually is!! Anyway I will post the diet I have created and hope someone out there can help me out to improve it. Thanks!

Meal 1- 100g rolled oats, Banana, 250ml Milk, 2 eggs, Whey Protein Shake
Meal 2- 20g Almonds, 95g Tuna, 2 peanut butter sandwiches
Meal 3- 250g Chicken Breast, 1 cup of pasta, 1 cup of vegtables
Meal 4- 2 wholemeal sandwiches with peanut butter
    Preworkout shake
Meal 5- Whey Protein Shake, 2 peanut butter sandwiches
Meal 6-250g Steak, 1 cup of rice, 1 cup of vegies

Adds up to be around 3683 calories!

Milk is easy to use for catching up with calories, but I try to stay away from Milk at all times, whether cutting or bulking.

I stay away from milk and stay away from bread. I just feel like there are better carb sources out there then bread and dairy just has to much sugar in it.
