My diet is generally 4 egg whites or oatmeal every morning, carrots or celery as a snack in between all meals, for lunch I have a protein shake with a fiber bar and skin milk, in my protein shake I have fitness fiber and glutamine, then as a snack in between dinner I try to have beef jerky once in a while, one serving never more, nuts, carrots or celery, and for dinner I have chicken, fish, and occasionally home made pizza. My supps as of now are, opti men from optimum nutrition. Flaxseed oil from optimum nutrition. And from muscle pharm I run, CLAs BCAAs fish oil and ZMAs. My "fat burner" is oxy elite pro. Idk if it helps me burn fat, but I can attest to its appetite suppression.
