    Muscle stuck?!!

Today I trained back, and at the end I trained biceps and forearms, after workout and until now (5 hour later) if I bend my arm with fist facing forward (same as forward curls position), bicep and upper forearm muscle get stuck, it feels so weird I was worried the first time, I would have to force my arm down, and then there's a muscle spasm and the muscles get unstuck, happens every time I flex my arm, in both arms.

Will see how it'll be by tomorrow, as for now, I can't even take my shirt off! Whenever I bend my arm it gets stuck, it's weird and somewhat amusing at the same time.

Yea stop bending your arm, you may cuause a bigger problem, drink plenty of water and take some multi vitamins, you may have a deficiency leading to this symptom. I think you will be fine in a day or two.

What kind of deficiency? This never happened to me before, I started taking HGH just recently, could it be associated?

    Ice it #1
    Stop bending it #2
Go see a doctor ASAP if it's not gone by tomorrow. You may have slipped a tendon.

Excessive lactic acid; happens to me ALL the time. Eat some bananas for potassium and drink a ton of water. Make sure to stretch often and keep drinking water. I get the same thing on occasion. If you get shoulder pain- stop working out and go to a doc.

this happens to me. just a sign of a real deep and thorough workout. it seems you may have excess lactic acid buildup.

A variety of things you should be doing, that will help minimize, yet not really eliminate this effect:

    1) drink plenty of fluids including diet tonic water (for the quinine, a mild preventer of cramps)
    2) take micro minerals to help electrolytes (magnesium, potassium, etc.)
    3) remember to stretch post workout
    4) Glutamine post workout will aid in recovery, although the effects in cramping is probably minimal

certain AAS will increase the likelihood of cramping, such as var (for me anyways), so dose reduction could help if the cramping becomes too much.

If you cannot handle the cramping, then reducing the extremity of the routine wouuld be the next step, until your muscles have built up and can handle the routine better.

    Good luck!

Be sure you are topped up on the 3 primary minerals/nutrients that control your bioelectrical impulses that control muscle contraction:

    1. Taurine
    2. Magnesium (see my thread here: http://forums.steroid.com/showthread...tion-MAGNESIUM)
    3. Potassium

Sounds like it could be a deficiency of one or more of the three. A deficiency of any of these can cause muscle spasms, cramps, and muscle lock-ups that feel like the muscle or limb is 'stuck' in one position and it is often accompanied by pain. Intake plenty of water as well, of course.
