I need a better chest routine

I'm wanting to change up my routine or just get a better one. I have trying different combos but I'm don't think I really know what's the best plus I haven't been getting that sore and I'm not seeing a lot of results. Any suggestions?

I like to start with the hammer strength machine as heavy as you can go for 8-12 reps 4 sets and on the 5th set make it a drop set. I usually load up 3 45lb wheels and a 25lb on each side. After 10 reps take the 25 off each side. Immediately go back and do 10 more reps then strip a 45 off each side and immediately strip another and so on till you are Down to one 45 plate on each. Then heavy flys 5 sets as much weight as you can handle for 10-12 reps. Around 50lb dumbells. 5sets. Then finish it off with pec deck or cable crossovers decline

In my opinion just do more period. On chest days isolate that muscle group, if u do flat bench, incline bench, decline bench then finish with flys and u still feel like u havent had a good workout then u need to put ur superman suit on and fly around town.

I think over training is over rated IMHO if your working your chest and after all sets are complete then you haven't done enough. Personally if I get like that I will finish with wide grip press ups until I'm completely spent. Give it a try!

Thought I'd share my chest training

Mon- incline DB press 4 sets
    Decline Bb press 3 sets
    Hammer strength 3 sets
Body weight chest dips 3 sets (all failure)
    Cable crossovers 2 sets

Then on fri is legs or arms day ill do
Incline cable flyes 3 sets 15 reps
Flye machine 3 sets 15 reps
At the end of the workout.

So far it's working good for me.
But that's just my personal opinion.

I agree. HIT training is excellent and its pretty much 1-2 working sets per muscle. Take the muscle to failure check it out
