    grocery list help

I'm going to the grocery store here in a bit. My fridge is empty. Tell me something you would get. I'm working on a clean bulk. I feel like I shop for the same few things everytime. I need more variety so I don't get tired of my diet. Any help is appreciated

lean meats (fish, tuna, steak, pork lean cuts, chicken )

oats, avocados, some squash and eggplant, asparagus, mangos

frozen veggies, those steamfresh bags that have 3.5 servings of veggies in a bag, u microwave them for 5 minutes, greati before or after a work out with a nice lean steak

eggs, whole wheat bread, rice cakes if ur down for that, salmon burgers just a few ideas for u, and i recommend investing ina george foreman grill, u can grill all ur veggies and meats on it, comes out great, easy to clean

Yep, great piece of kitchen equipment (the George Foreman) -- also been taking to broiling meats -- quick, tasty, easy way to prepare meals for the week.

Bro if you eat rice and like it fresh I have a rice cooker with a set timer to come on in the morning!
Excellent cooking equipment in my opinion

My grocery list consists of much of whats mentioned above - tuna, chicken breast, steak, brown rice, broccoli, peppers, green beans, oats and eggs. Stock up on spices and experiment with adding different flavours instead of adding sauces and marinades and see how you go.

George Foreman grill sounds like exactly what I need.

I use my George Foreman grill more than anything else in my kitchen. It's a great little investment.
