i seen a few guys pyramiding down with bicep curls, they started out at a heavy weight and each next set was a lighter weight, what do you think of this?![]()

I work the descending half of the pyramid in bi's, squats, tri's etc..
what would like you like to know about it??

well im wondering what the purpose is because what ive been doing so far is just pyramiding up, starting with a light weight then increasing, is descending the weight necessary?
