Hey guys.
Stats are 6'1" 183lbs I've been lifting for 4 years. Diet is pretty much whatever I feel like eating. I am as healthy as possible all the time but make sure that my carb, protein and calorie in take are pretty high while keeping fat as low as I can. 3 full meals a day with two smaller or meal replacements between them. I'm happy with how lean I am and would like to keep my BF% and the look I have where its at, or a littler better, just looking to add some size particularly to my chest and traps.
Typical Day:
Breakfast - cereal, two pieces of toast, fruit, and protein shake (24g)
Snack - yogart, fruit, protein shake (48g) and any left overs kicking around
Lunch - Chicken sandwich melt, with a garden salad
Snack - same as previous
Supper - Chicken/Pork/Steak with potatoes or pasta and veggies
I'm looking at doing a cycle of dianabol stacked with arimidex and was just wondering if anyone has any experience with this? Results, side effects and PCT? I'm hoping to gain approx 20lbs with as little water retention as possible. I was looking at starting with 12.5mg per day of dianabol(1/2 a 25mg pill) for the first two weeks of the cycle and then going up to 25mg per day for the next 4 weeks and then dropping down to 12.5mg per day for the last two weeks to finish off an eight week cycle all while taking 1mg per day of arimidex.
