How do I figure out what is the best macro line up for me? I have always just gone 60/20/20 p/c/f but have reached a point where I am no longer making gains and would like to coin us to lean bulk.

You really have to experiment with your body and see how you react, everybody is different.

I will give it a try. I'm currently at 2700 tdee and have been eating 3000 on lift days, 2700 on cardio and 2000 on off days.. Again gains have slowed down. Should I up the cals to 3200,300,2500? Ya just keep upping the cals, maybe cut your cardio in half by how many times you do it weekly.
i've hit gain walls before, I think bulking is almost if not more difficult then cutting :O
I've hit my 3000 for today.. Macros a bit off but close. Will get them zoned in tomorrow. I dropped a ton of wieght from 245 to 173@12-13% bf. I'm back up to 185 strength is up but I'm not seeing any mass. Hopefully this will pack it on. Cardio was 30 min on treadmill after almost every training day.
