    turkey sausage

    im starting a clen and keto cycle next week and obviously starting a cutting diet what are your guys opinions on turkey sausage i love regular and feel like these are high in protein relativly low fat and it feels almost like a cheat meal even though it really isnt

    Some mornings I will eat trader joes breakfast chicken sausages with my oatmel and drop half a scoop of my whey protein from my shake

    2 links 110 cals 6 fat 1 carb 14 protein

    I've been eating more turkey burger here lately. very low fat content, and I will add a little olive oil when cooking. but it is very healthy

    ya thats what i figured so low fat but i feel like im cheating when i eat it lol.... will help me keep on the straight and narrow

    For years I've replaced alot of food with turkey. Such as ground turkey instead of beef for a few things, turkey bacon, sausage, burgers if I'm at a restaurant that has them, thanksgiving lol, etc. Tastes great & is not too bad for you. It's awesome.
