21g according to my database. I guess if you boil it then the end weight after cooking would be about the same.

Sorry mateof course I have been known to be wrong. From time to time.
Wikipaedia says 20.1g, but ignore that it means you get to eat even less!

My app is saying 100g uncooked is 86 cal 20.1 carb
Baked in skin its saying its the same.
Boiled without skin is 76 cal 17.7 carb. I guess boiling you lose a bit into the water that's why its less.

Well even assuming the microwave is going to make it loose some weight i should weigh it before its cooked. What app are you using?

I use calorieking on my Iphone, its my favourite cause you can use grams, and that's what my scale is at home, makes shit super easy.
