Diet Diet Diet bro! You say your bodyfat is between 20-30. Well that is a very big gap and makes a big differnce. If you are close to 30% then you should not even be thinking about steroids. Your bf is way to high and as a result you would be vulnerable to unpleasant side effects, one of them being gyno! If you are closer to 20% then that is much better, although still a little high. You could get away with running a cycle at 20% although it is not recommended and i might even get scolded by the other members for saying that. Ideally you want to be down to about 17% before usiing and AAS. And the only way to get there is by proper eating more then anything else. It is 90% diet/nutrition and 10% training! Let the guys in the nutrition section help you fine tune your daily eating. They will probably ask you to post up everything you ate today or yesterday and then they will take it from there.

Thanx..and I've dropped the 25lbs since dec.ive started eating clean, so diet is the key. I've been looking to get an accurate BF measurement..so that's a guesstimation/range of my body type. Yeah the gains have been great...I was an ex-jock so the muscle memory came back I guess. Sux to achieve so much gains but no able 2 show it (body fat). Ideally I wanna drop another 30lbs and get around the 280lb range, and see my results then. I'm jus on here now 2 start getting an idea on what I need at that time.

If you had never trained with weights before and pulled numbers like that you are certainly gifted. I'd be looking for a fast track to a pro card if youre serious.

    Welcome!
