Yes. Would it be as good at 5000? Obviously not. Or even 1000 if top of ranges on TRT....but with a level at 450 I wouldn't want to go on lifelong treatment. Unless your free-test levels are low. Any other numbers?

Sounds a bit off to me.........200mg each week is at the top end of a TRT dosage. What is your free T totals and the rest of your blood work look like?

I started at 143 total, and I take 200mgs ew as well, but my total test ranges well over a 1000

I never got my free t and the doctor said everything else look good I don't know. But it was 7 days after my last shot and only my 3 week on it. How long does it take to get it up ?

so it was on your shot day before the shot? Still low imo, but not as bad.

In answer to your original question....yes, you can gain plenty of muscle with a T level of 450.Last year (50yrs old) I had no idea I had a level of 250 until doc checked it. I went in for an un-related matter. Who knows how long I had been at that level. But, I was eating good and training right- with good results. In fact, I was bigger back then. So, diet/training are of the utmost importance when trying to gain muscle. T level is important, but it's definitely not THE most important factor.
