    Best cardio for loose skin?

I have dropped a good amount of weight and am relatively cut (work in progress) but I can't seem to shake this small area of loose skin. You can hardly see it when I'm standing but if I'm doing push ups or planks its there ad it's pissing me off. What's your thoughts?

250 to 170 and now back up to 185. I've put on a decent amount of lbm from my last cycle and eat very clean. It's only like a few inches but I can't shake it. I train 5x a week and run for 30-40 min 2-3 times a week after training. I was thinking of watching my wife's p90x vid to get some ideas because all that is it hiit based work outs... Just an idea..?

Most of the time the only way to get rid of loose skin is surgery. My wife and myself has been battling her extra skin on her stomach from child birth for over a year now. Nothing is working. Surgery is te only way to get rid of it.

For fvcks sake ppl, it's gone. whine about something else.

The best cardio would be the one that is based not only on cardio (to loose fat) but also on resistance excersize to maintain lean muscle. This along with doing the excersizes at a steady moderate pace will allow for gradual loss of fat while maintaining muscle underneath. Try to shoot for 1 pd per hundred pounds of body wieght weekly loss as a maximum. It is the rapid loss of fat and muscle that almost always results in return of wieght ( as in your case) that yoyo-ing of wieght is the most detrimental to skin appearance.

As far as addressing the skin deal, I would start with a good grade of skin cream or natural oils as well as a good multivitamin and thorough hydration to maintain a healthy skin tone. Then if these are not affective enough its time to consider laser or finally surgery. Laser is expensive and also often needs to be repeated to maintain effect, surgery is of course expensive and can also be dangerous (mild risk).

    Good Luck,
