Introduction:
I have been lurking and reading this site a lot. Good info, good people and good moderating/admin.
Not new to fitness, just this forum. I am 42 and have been in the USMC half my life. I am now looking to add some additional muscle, but find it a little more difficult with age and less energy. I have a solid diet, 18-22% BF 210lbs and 5'10". Good cardio but joints and such hurt more from my prior engagements. Possible with TRT?
