If you have your diet dialled in right then when ever you are with people you will be always eating tuna, chicken breast, lean meats, brown rice and pasta. When they see they amounts of food you eat and you explain how the type of foods work for your body, talk about calories and macros then they will believe it, anyone that doubts it tell them you can teach them how to get the same results. They either do it and will get results or dont and wont question it. Just let it be seen that your diet is perfect...
