    How do you guys explain your gains to people?

    Pretty sure most of the guys have wives/girlfriends here who are cool with them using gear. They probably even pin for you lucky bastards, but to the dudes that dont got it like that. How do you keep your use to yourself?

    So I'm planning my first cycle and curious as to how you guys hide your usage to people who you dont want to tell about what you're on. I'm really close to my parents and live 2 blocks away from them. They see me pretty much every day and they're gonna know somethings up. Even though im 32, I still dont want them or my non-lifting friends to know I'm on gear. Thinking of telling people im on some new supplement if they ask

    Just tell them you finally got your diet and training dialed in!

    I don't recommend you do it without telling your partner though. Trying to explain erection or libido issues is way more complicated!

    Don't bloat like Centaponi does during your cycle, meaning that you should manage your estrogen very well. As long as your gains are lean and not super-rapid, people around you will basically have to buy into the supplements, diet and ''new training partner'' or ''great new PT with an entirely different training system'' stories.

    First, I wouldn't mention it to anyone, including training partners. There's no benefit in sharing incriminating information. As far as size change... I really talk up diet. Example: I have a seasonal job, and my boss saw me after a year off and was shocked at how much muscle I put on. I could tell by the way he made his inquiry that he suspected steroids. I immediately went into a lengthy explanation/complaint about how much food it takes to keep up. Typically when people begin to hear that it actually takes dedication at all levels to have this kind of body they loose interest fast.

    I also do whatever it take to cut down on obvious signs of aas use such as acne.

    You gotta break it to the mrs, it will save a lot of heart ache in the long run.

    If you have your diet dialled in right then when ever you are with people you will be always eating tuna, chicken breast, lean meats, brown rice and pasta. When they see they amounts of food you eat and you explain how the type of foods work for your body, talk about calories and macros then they will believe it, anyone that doubts it tell them you can teach them how to get the same results. They either do it and will get results or dont and wont question it. Just let it be seen that your diet is perfect...

    well no mrs. as of yet. A steady girlfriend though. I've mentioned to her that i may consider using in the future sometime and she wasnt too keen on it, but we just left it at "we'll talk about it when the time comes".

    I dont plan on crazy bulking either when I'm on. Gonna start at 250 calories over maintenance and adjust week after week. I see no point in putting on whole bunch of fat only to have to try and cut it later.

    If you eat clean and dial your diet in properly, you can easily go over 500 cals over without putting on fat, especially if you add post weight training cardio. If you find your putting on fat decrease carbs a bit. AAS aid in nutrient partitioning and make your body much more efficient at processing food.

    planning on running just the basic 500mg of test e only, which wont kick in until the 4th week at the earliest. So how many calories above my tee do you recommend I start out at?

    What is your current maintenance? 500mg/week may seem basic and gets thrown around alot, it's quite high dose for a beginner imo.

    I have one of those bodybugg gadgets that I used in the beginning of my cut and my expenditure would range from 3400-3800 on most days. On days where im lazy and sit around all day it's ~3000. What dose would you recommend? Never tried any sort of hormones...legal or otherwise.

    300-350mg/ week is a good starting dose. Leaves alot of room for future without having to add alot of compounds. I also believe its the 19nor compounds that do alot of "damage" and are harder to recover from. Ramp up your cals every 5 days by about 250 until you find your sweet spot. 3800 seems high for maintenance, how much do you weigh? and bf%? Are you really active or something?

    yeah, I'm currently cutting and at 3200 calories I lose about 3/4 of a pound a week. Currently @ 5-10 and 175 pounds. Around ~9-10% bodyfat.

    Does this mean going to the bathroom more often? This is my first cycle and I find myself in the bathroom a lot more frequently.. not trying to high jack just wondering... as for the question yea I am using the diet story as well... even my bosses at work were like "are you on steriods or something" lol and it could benefit your gf actually... doing a test only cycle (which you prob should since its your first aas cycle) your libido will go through the roof as mine did and your like a bull in the sheets lol as long as she can handle it... my wife I think is hiding from me as I write this cause my libido lol Good luck and don't forget ur oct and pct

    Obviously, DO NOT TELL, just the fact that you had to ask means the specific type of relationship you have with your family and significant other its not going to be cool. Even though its not my way, you do what you gotta do, I wouldn't lie or make up stories unless unavoidable. I would make sure to do some exercises around the house, with mega intensity( push-up with noises) let them see how hard you are working, wake up early and prepare your meals, let them see your dedication. Non-related AAS workout research materials(mags,books) laying around and in the bathroom.
    Get some crappy supplement from GNC and let them think its a result of the over the counter stuff.............are you getting the picture

    Yeah for me I kept it a secret from the Mrs... But I finally came clean. At the time I was running Test Prop, EQ, and Anavar and HCG to keep the kids full and healthy looking.

    I didnt get any sides at all, no acne, no short temper, no libido problems, so for her those were all the stereotypical sides of AAS and if I didnt have them she was thrilled and didnt mind. She even watched me pin lol.

    So come clean with the Mrs, but as far as other people are concerned I wouldnt tell anyone, tell em your stacking Jack3d and creatine haha.

    The ONLY other person I might tell is your emergency contact person, this way god forbid you end up in the hospital and they need to know if your on any meds, your EC can let them know what compounds, and at what dosages.

    I just tell everyone I use steroids. No elephant in my room. And I don't have to feel like I'm cheating when non steroid using gym buddies react at how big I get. Well I am cheating, but at least I aint lying about it

    Yeah aggreed just talk about new diet/training program/sups... Most people wont know, they are naive to it all. I tell my wife(she is supportive), my best friend who i get gear from. Only other person I have told is a good friend that I dont see much. Saw him a while back and he was like ok wtf are you on... My wife was looking at me and I couldnt keep a straight face, cracked a grin and it was over, had to fess up.....

    Your parents seeing you often actually plays to your benefit. The changes will be a lot less noticeable if you see them often. Try seeing your parents a few times a year and having them question where the extra 10-15lbs of muscle came from that wasn't there last time you saw them 2-3 months ago, especially if its right at the end of your cycle when you're fully pumped n veins bulgin.. if you see them often the change seems much more gradual

    Most everyone I know knows I work out and if/when anyone says anything in regards to size I ask them when the last time they were at the gym. That shuts them up 99% of the time.

    I was in a group of friends some closer than others and someone made a comment about juice and before I could respond another friend stepped up and said "if you ate the amount of chicken rice and veg he does you'd get huge too" I shook my head yes. I also like to say "to look like you've put on 20 lbs of muscle lose 10 lbs of fat." Nobody knows my scale weight so they don't know for sure if I'm growing or just getting more defined.

    Most of my friends juice. My girl knows, She isnt stupid never tried to hide it but she never asked either.

    My wife has no idea. Unless she is on this forum... I find the results have been immense, but if you are with your wife, g/f everyday; it's hard to notice the day-to-day changes. She is defiantly against AS, so much so that she said she would leave me if I started.

    And some days that wouldn't be a bad thing.

    Ok so you have sown that seed of thought, now ramp up it up a notch, I think she will come round, if she really doesnt like it then she aint the girl for you my friend, dont go through life hiding AAS use from a girl, its double trouble when she finds out, I read about it all the time on here.
