Extra pounds that I can not get rid of. I do have a pretty healthy diet. I am 23 years old 5'5" and I weigh about 130lbs. My boyfriend recently told me about liquid clen and so I was wondering if anyone has any advice as to taking this, what kind of diet I should be on and what kind of workouts would be good. I already have good sized muscles, I don't want them any bigger.
