From my experience running 75mg ED it can get bad but it's not unbearable by any means. I assume it's just because you use your back so often that you constantly have a pump going.
But when working, say, your biceps. It does feel like they are going to explode and rip right off your arm. But you learn to love it.
Couple weeks. Cripples my run for sure.

It will end your run, unless you're being held at gunpoint.
There won't be any doubt about it.
They're pretty damn awful. Your lower back muscles pump in a way that they normally wouldn't, and it's painful.
Shin pumps will stop you from running, and sometimes even make you wince by just walking.
So by pumps then you mean literal physical pumps like when you take nitrous and work out your muscles really good your muscles are really pumped up?
This I remember when I took any oral just walking gave me severe back pumpsOriginally Posted by Bonaparte
There's no way I could do conventional cardio I had to either cycle or use x trainer
Jogging would be physically impossible.
It would feel like there was a huge weight dragging me down and my back would throb so bad.
No much much worse like a stabbing unbearable painOriginally Posted by snowblowjoe
