I am using it now low dose daily (2-3mg doses/day) and also use it from time to time for recreational purposes. I love it. It works amazing. Take a little time to kick in...Id say more like an hour and a half than say the 45 mins you see recommended but the stuff stays in my system for 2-3 days. Great product.

So to get 3mg that would be 1/10th of a ml, right? How do you dose it? With an oral syringe?

I started this about a week ago (from Ar-r)and I have been a walking erection since day 2 or 3. Im not sure if this is coincidence or not because I didnt think it increases libido. I have a high libido anyways so maybe thats why. I seriously wanted to see what it does for vasicularity so thats why I tried it out. Im not even sure if it kicks in this fast???

Pumps are better but not getting any of the crazy recreational sides that everyone seems to be getting at such a low dose. Going to have to give the product a go at the recommended dose and see what happens before saying the product didn't work for me as I might just need hiher doses.

Yeah I definitely think you have to tweak the dose for yourself. For me 5mg - 2x/day was too much. I was getting recreational sides at that dosage after several days. I dropped down to 3mg - 2x/day and its perfect. Im getting the benefits with no undesired rec sides and when I do wish to use for recreational use a single 10-15mg dose dose the trick. Keep us posted on how you make out dialing things in. I do really like the liquid for this reason - I could never have tweaked dosages like i did with tabs.

I also believe consistency to be important. Shake the bottle to mix up what settles at the bottom and take it everyday. I have found, taking it everyday makes my pump more consistant. I take .5mcg with no unwanted sides. just my 0.2

Actually less than 10mg a day(0.15 ml twice daily). 7am& 7pm veins are starting to pop more too. Actually had a couple people say that I am looking lean so I guess that is proof. At least it is for me.

This is a really stupid question I bet, but I have to ask lol. I have just recieved liquid some Cialis and a 1ml oral syringe with it. Do I just draw up the dose i want and squirt it into my mouth? Squirt it into a glass of whatever and mix it or what?

Squirt it straight in your mouth but be sure to swallow all of it. LOL

I dont think it makes a difference which way you do it. Its just easier to take directly and I know no one else will be drinking it.

I squirt under tongue and then suck(no homo) while pulling plunger out. Can't waste none of that magic. But AR-R actually taste good to me. Also shake the bottle well before each use.
