I am 48, 5'9" 198#. I have always leaned toward being thin as I worked in the Swimming and Coaching field. I put on some weight and getting older it's obviously now harder to shed especially after a couple car accidents set me back. I am not as active as well since I switched to a more corporate career and plan on going back full force with the gym. Over the years most of my friends have done some form of steroid or other. I was happy being lean and never went down that path. Now I am considering for the fist time to do a cycle. I am looking to get lean again and put on some mass. Some friends are doing Test and was also told to look into Deca, Winstrol, Trem. Once I get going I have good nutrition and work out habits. I just wanted some insight into which one would be a good cycle to start with
There is so much information and pros & cons for all. I wanted to see at my age/stats what would give me a good kick start to working out again after the car accident and shed this weight and put some tone. Like I said I am looking into Test, Win, Trem or Deca.
