I have to get b12 script grade pulls but also had to get shots.
Check your blood work.. if your blood is reg but you just want a energy boost - idk about that stuff...

yeah its great for energy and having a healthy hunger.
I take extra every day, and have taken the shots. now I am curious about the methyl-b12 i stumbled upon recently. Didn't even know about it before! HA I love the forums.
