On this article, this does throw up some interesting points. I knew sugar was bad for you and certain veg oils but I always thought Rapeseed oil wasn't as bad as they made it out to be.
Has anyone used coconut oil? And if so how does it change the taste of food as I cannot stand the tasteof coconuts. Also regarding the soya supps and artifical flavs in supps, the best I have found for having very little of the above is LA Muscle protein but are there anymore on the market that are better?
The organic point I find a bit hard to believe but one good thing over here is we have lots of farmers markets so its time to start going to them I think.
